After you apply for a pack
We will send you a email with the information you need to get you going. The email will contains a guide for completing the CRB forms, code of practice with explanatory guide along with a Diva Care Ltd contract and a Payment option form for debit cards or cheque payment.
Once we have the signed contract back
We then send you : Blank CRB forms, ID check List, Address history form plus CRB guide notes
