I am self-employed and need a Disclosure for myself.
If this is the case it's not a problem, ask the business whom have told you that you need a disclosure to contact us directly. Or - if you are self-employed and have others in your organisation who can check your identity (not related) please contact us using our pack request form. Individuals cannot apply for their own Disclosure
I have been asked by my employer / prospective employer to have a check carried out.
If this is the case it is not a problem, ask the business who have told you that you need a disclosure to contact us directly on 01285 712 326. Individuals cannot apply for their own Disclosure
I require a Disclosure for a Personal Liquor License.
You need to contact Disclosure Scotland as they handle liquor licenses - They can be contacted on – 0870 609 6006
